What the CFPB says
According to the CFPB, scoring models generally count multiple credit inquiries within 14 to 45 days of each other for the same type of loan as one inquiry.
Scope and limits
The source does not say your lender uses a particular scoring model, and it does not say how many points an inquiry costs you. Inquiries are one input among several.
What you can do
Your credit report lists your recent inquiries. You can look there and see which ones are listed. You can ask a lender: "Is this a hard inquiry, and which scoring model do you use?"
